On-Site Presentation
Gamescom in Cologne is one of the world's leading comprehensive game industry events, featuring a dual-zone model of B2B business networking and B2C player experience. It brings together global game developers, publishers, distributors, and a vast number of gaming enthusiasts, making it a core platform for domestic game brands to present content to the European market and expand overseas partnerships. Towin New Thinking undertook this overseas custom booth project for Gaotu Games, addressing both professional business discussions and immersive player experiences, while complying with German exhibition hall construction safety standards to create an international booth suited to the gaming industry.
The booth was divided into four functional zones: brand image display, game trial experience, multimedia large-screen presentation, and enclosed B2B business meeting areas. The overall visual style was trendy and tech-forward, following Gaotu Games' brand identity. The exterior featured large open areas to welcome a steady flow of players and industry visitors. The trial zone was equipped with ample gaming stations, with audio-visual systems ensuring stable game demonstrations. Private, quiet meeting rooms were set up inside for in-depth business discussions with overseas publishers and distribution partners.
The project team completed initial creative concepts and multiple rounds of render iterations, fully adapting to Cologne's strict construction approval and electrical safety standards, while coordinating design output and overseas construction collaboration. At this exhibition, Gaotu Games showcased several original game titles, achieving product exposure to European players, connecting with global industry partners, expanding overseas distribution channels, and enhancing the influence of domestic game brands in the European gaming market.
