As the largest comprehensive import and export trade exhibition in China, the Canton Fair brings together a large number of engineering contractors, distributors, and buyers from home and abroad, making it an important business platform for HVAC equipment companies to connect with B-end clients globally. Towin New Thinking undertook the Carrier HVAC 2025 Canton Fair special booth project, combining the on-site conditions of the Canton Fair complex and focusing on the display needs of commercial central air conditioning and HVAC system equipment, to create a special booth with both professionalism and international appeal.
The booth is divided into four functional areas: brand image display area, HVAC equipment physical display area, multimedia technology demonstration area, and enclosed business negotiation area. The overall style is simple and high-end business, following the Carrier brand visual identity. The booth faces the main aisle with a large open display surface, making it convenient for domestic and international buyers to view equipment exhibits; regular product display platforms are set up to highlight HVAC units and system solutions; independent negotiation compartments are configured inside to meet the privacy needs of a large number of domestic and international clients for business discussions.
The project team completed preliminary creative conception and multiple rounds of renderings iteration and optimization, strictly followed the Canton Fair construction and fire safety approval regulations, and coordinated design output and on-site construction. At this exhibition, Carrier HVAC focused on displaying commercial air conditioning and HVAC system solutions, receiving industry buyers from around the world, fully demonstrating the brand's HVAC technical strength, expanding domestic and international distribution cooperation channels, and further consolidating Carrier HVAC's industry position in both domestic and overseas HVAC markets.
