Following the content beyond one meeting
On the third of April, 2024, Xiaohutuxian Liquor Group gathered its outstanding partners in Guangzhou for a strategic summit. Transform Together, Create the Future was the occasion's theme. Invitations, advance publicity, venue displays and follow-up films provide several concrete ways to examine the project. Its content existed before, during and after the gathering.
Five posters linked to five drinks
Five advance posters each drew on a different product from the brand. Supporting material included a film introducing the gathering and company direction, along with recorded good wishes from guests. Red blending into blue defined the central artwork, which brought the city's building outlines together with a star-filled sky. That composition also informed the invitations, connecting products, place and the future-oriented theme.
Different spaces supplied different information
Exterior elements included a themed backdrop, dimensional lettering and flags. Inside were an entrance feature, registration and photography spaces, a record of company milestones and history, and an area for mixed drinks. Each function supplied a different kind of content: registration enabled participation, photographs offered a memory, history provided corporate context, and mixed drinks gave products another form of presentation. The brand therefore had a visible presence beyond the speeches.

Programme content on a large screen
A single large straight screen supported the stage imagery and effects. Dedicated videos accompanied the opening, guest introductions, milestones and awards. Simultaneous broadcasts appeared through People's Daily Online and Xinhua's app, specialist drinks-industry outlets and social services including WeChat's video channel, Douyin, Weibo and Kuaishou. Media organisations, specialist publishers and social platforms offered distinct channels for the content.
Short films after the gathering
A thirty-second highlights edit was available that day. A ninety-second version followed, alongside short clips of memorable guest remarks. Forty media organisations reported on the occasion. The two film lengths and guest remarks provided different formats: a view of the gathering alongside participants' perspectives. Together with earlier product posters and invitations, these outputs allow the project to be read from the advance invitation through to its subsequent recap.
